Terms and conditions

Notice: these terms describe exactly how the Total Definer Beauty Longevity Clinic platform works today. They are pending review by a legal adviser, and will be updated with the identification details of the responsible company as soon as the clinic provides them.
What these terms cover
They govern the use of this website and of assessment bookings at Total Definer Beauty Longevity Clinic, an aesthetic medicine and dermatology clinic in Bogotá, Colombia. By booking an appointment or using the site, you accept what is explained here.
For any question about these terms, write to info@totaldefinerbeauty.com.
Using the site
The content of this site is informational. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation: any treatment is decided during the assessment, with a professional, and for your specific case.
We ask that you use the site in good faith: do not attempt to access private areas, do not interfere with how it works, and do not use the forms to submit other people's content without their permission.
Bookings
Booking an assessment is a request for an appointment with your name, phone number and email. When you book:
- the time slot you choose is held for you as soon as the booking is confirmed;
- you receive a reference and a private link to view, move or cancel your appointment without calling;
- that link is personal: anyone who has it can manage the appointment, so it is best not to share it.
If you choose to pay in advance, the slot is held for a few minutes while you complete the payment. If you do not complete it, the slot becomes available to other people again.
Prices and payment
The price of each assessment is the one shown on the site at the time of booking, in Colombian pesos (COP). There are no hidden charges and no booking fees.
Payment is made online: you pay through the Davivienda payment portal and send us the receipt from your own appointment page. Our team verifies it and confirms by email.
This site does not process payments and does not collect card details: the payment happens entirely on your bank's portal. We will never ask you for your username, your password, your dynamic key or a one-time code — not on this site, not by email and not by phone.
Payment receipts
A receipt is an image or a PDF that helps us find your payment. Sending it does not confirm the payment on its own: a member of our team checks the movement in the clinic's account and then confirms your appointment. We email you once it has been verified.
If we cannot verify it — we cannot find the movement, the amount does not match, or the image is not legible — we tell you the reason, and you can send another receipt or pay at the clinic. While it is being sorted out, your slot stays booked.
Receipts are private. Only authorised clinic staff and you, through your appointment link, can see them.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
You can move or cancel your appointment from the link you receive when booking, as long as the appointment has not started. When you cancel, the slot is released to other people.
If you had already paid in advance and you cancel, the amount is not refunded automatically: the clinic reviews each case and handles the refund manually, through the same means used to pay. Write to us and we will sort it out.
If the clinic has to change the date of your appointment, we let you know and offer you another one.
Emails you will receive
When you book you will receive the notices your appointment needs: confirmation, reminder, changes, payment status and, after your visit, an invitation to review it. These are service emails, not marketing, and they carry no medical information.
Site content
The texts, photographs, trade marks and design of this site belong to Total Definer Beauty Longevity Clinic or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written authorisation.
Result photographs are of real people who gave their consent. Results vary from person to person and are not a promise of outcome.
Liability
We take care that the information on the site is accurate and that booking works. Even so, the site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond the clinic's control; if that happens, you can write to us or call to book.
The clinic is responsible for the services it provides under applicable Colombian law. Nothing in this document limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer or as a patient.
Your data
To find out what data we collect, what for and for how long, see the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
If they change, the version in force is published here. The one that applies to your appointment is the one published on the day you booked.
