Preoperative care: the first step toward a successful postoperative recovery. Discover why preoperative care is the foundation of every successful postoperative recovery. At TD Beauty Clinic, together with our partner clinic Cellulite Slayer London, we explain how to prepare your body and your mind to heal, from intravenous therapy to therapeutic massage and oxygen therapy.

A vision born from conviction

The vision we apply today at TD Beauty Clinic has its origin in Cellulite Slayer London. When its founder, Tetyana Probyy-Holova, first arrived in London from Ukraine more than two decades ago, few people believed that a massage could really shape the figure, relieve fluid retention or smooth cellulite. But she held on to what she saw with her own eyes: real results that changed the way people looked and felt. That same conviction drives the approach to postoperative care we have adopted at TD Beauty Clinic, based on the protocols developed by Cellulite Slayer London. Just as high-definition liposuction redefined body contouring surgery, these protocols have redefined recovery, making it as strategic, careful and thorough as the surgery itself. After treating thousands of clients and training professionals around the world, the Cellulite Slayer London team has learned that what many people call “cellulite” after surgery is usually postoperative fibrosis: tight, irregular tissue that forms during the healing process. With the right preparation, it can be prevented or corrected. Those same lessons and protocols are the ones we implement today at TD Beauty Clinic. Why is preoperative care so important? Preoperative care goes beyond skin or muscle: it is also about mindset, circulation and cellular preparation. Before surgery, patients often feel fear: of pain, of complications or simply of the unknown. That fear is normal, but it is also an opportunity to build confidence and a sense of safety. At TD Beauty Clinic we help them to: Meet the team and understand the process. Reduce anxiety and stress. Strengthen the immune system and skin health. Prepare body and mind for a faster, smoother recovery.

Building confidence before surgery

One of the simplest ways to create that sense of calm is a preoperative therapeutic massage. A single gentle session helps regulate the nervous system, improve lymphatic flow and relieve tension, creating a positive emotional state for what comes next. We also introduce patients to the technologies they will use after surgery, such as the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Trying it beforehand removes the fear and lets them feel comfortable and secure during recovery. “When the mind relaxes, the body follows.”

Preparing the body from the inside out

Our intravenous vitamin infusions, personalized according to the Cellulite Slayer London protocol, give the body the nutrients it needs to heal effectively: Full-dose vitamin C: supports the immune system and stimulates collagen production. B complex: supports energy, metabolism and nerve repair. Zinc + selenium: essential for healing and antioxidant protection. For some patients we also include laser or LED therapy before surgery to reduce silent inflammation. The lower the inflammation before an operation, the faster the recovery process afterwards.

The preoperative protocol

At TD Beauty Clinic we follow the preoperative protocol developed by Cellulite Slayer London, scheduled between one and three days before surgery.
